The Poly Division was mobilized on February 1, 2026 in support of Baltimore City's Emergency Snow Removal operations. The Poly Division operated independently from its designated site from February 1 through February 5, 2026, conducting snow removal and hauling operations in accordance with City directives.

On February 5, 2026, the Poly Division was transitioned and consolidated into the M&T Stadium operation. This consolidation was implemented to improve logistics, enhance traffic flow, and increase overall operational efficiency. All Poly Division equipment was redeployed to M&T Stadium, and Poly Division crew managers were integrated into the unified M&T Stadium command structure.

Following the transition, Poly Division personnel and equipment continued operations at M&T Stadium through final demobilization. All work was performed in accordance with the scope of work and City directives.

All equipment initially assigned to the Poly Division was redeployed to M&T Stadium on February 5, 2026 as part of the operational consolidation. Equipment was incorporated into the M&T Stadium peak allocation. Refer to the M&T Stadium Close-Out Document for consolidated equipment figures.

All identified punch list items have been completed. Should the City wish to add additional punch list items not reflected herein, such items must be submitted in writing.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that the work described in this Close-Out Document has been completed in accordance with the project requirements. This document serves as formal notification of project completion and request for acceptance.
