JWTC mobilized equipment and personnel to the Neiman Site on February 1, 2026 in support of Baltimore City's Emergency Snow Removal operations. The Neiman Site received the remaining equipment allocation following initial deployments to the M&T Stadium and Poly Division sites.

Continuous day and night operations were maintained throughout the duration of the project. Snow removal, hauling, loading, and salting activities were conducted around the clock to meet the City's emergency operational requirements.

All operations were completed and equipment was fully demobilized from the site by February 12, 2026. All work was performed in accordance with the scope of work and City directives.

• All snow removal operations at the Neiman Site have been completed in full.
• Continuous day and night operations were maintained throughout the project duration.
• All equipment was fully demobilized from the site by February 12, 2026.
• No equipment, materials, or staging elements remain on site.
• The site has been restored to pre-storm condition or better.
• All identified punch list items have been addressed and completed.

All identified punch list items have been completed. Should the City wish to add additional punch list items not reflected herein, such items must be submitted in writing.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that the work described in this Close-Out Document has been completed in accordance with the project requirements. This document serves as formal notification of project completion and request for acceptance.
