The 1010 Edison Highway site was established on February 1, 2026 as a temporary staging and operational support location under the Browley Division in support of Baltimore City's Emergency Snow Removal operations.
Following initial deployment and operational assessment, the 1010 Edison site was determined to be inefficient for sustained operations due to traffic congestion, restricted ingress and egress, and associated safety concerns. These conditions limited the site's ability to support the required volume and pace of snow removal activities.
On February 5, 2026, all equipment and personnel were transferred from the 1010 Edison site to M&T Stadium for consolidated operations. Browley Division supervisors were reassigned to the M&T Stadium site to continue operations under unified command.
All equipment initially staged at the 1010 Edison site was fully redeployed to M&T Stadium on February 5, 2026. No dedicated peak equipment allocation is reported for this site, as all assets were transferred and incorporated into the M&T Stadium operation. Refer to the M&T Stadium Close-Out Document for consolidated equipment figures.
